5. WhatsApp Communication Notice
When you choose to request a quotation through WhatsApp, your communication is transferred directly to WhatsApp servers subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We do not transmit sensitive passwords or financial credentials over WhatsApp.
6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Customer contact details related to completed moves are retained only as required for invoicing, accounting, and tax compliance under Indian regulations. You may request deletion or correction of your contact details by writing to jalsapackersandmovers@gmail.com.
