1. Website Purpose & Scope of Services

This website serves to provide genuine information, service overviews, and quote request channels for relocation and logistics services operated by Jalsa Packers & Movers in Vadodara, Gujarat, and across India.

2. Quotations and Service Booking

All shifting quotes provided via our website form, phone, or WhatsApp are estimates based on customer-submitted inventory details. Final quotes are confirmed after physical inspection or complete item declaration. Additional items added on moving day may incur extra charges as per volume and labor required.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Valuables: Cash, jewelry, vital legal deeds, stock certificates, passports, and high-value personal documents must be retained and transported personally by the customer. Jalsa Packers & Movers does not accept custody of liquid cash or precious jewelry.
• Prohibited Goods: Flammable liquids, gas cylinders, fireworks, acids, contraband, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited from loading onto transit vehicles.
• Appliances: Refrigerators must be defrosted and dry at least 12 hours prior to shifting. Personal computers and hard drives should be backed up.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Payment terms consist of an advance deposit upon booking or loading, with the remaining balance due upon delivery prior to unloading at the destination, unless alternate corporate billing terms have been explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Transit Insurance & Claims

While Jalsa Packers & Movers uses 5-layer protective packing materials and experienced handlers, comprehensive transit risk coverage is governed by third-party transit insurance policies where opted by the customer. Notice of any damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or related to relocation services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
